Returns
* Within 1 day of receiving your order
* Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags
* Must be undamaged, unsoiled, and free from scents/perfumes

Refunds
* 60 EGP shipping fee deducted
* Refunds via bank transfer after inspection
* Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
* Please allow 7–14 days for the return to reach us

Exchanges
* Within 2 days of receiving your order
* 60 EGP shipping fee applies
* Request through Exchange & Return Requests and confirm your size

* Shipping fees are non-refundable
* Pickup will be attempted up to 3 times within 7 working days
* If unsuccessful, the request will be closed
